What you will be doing:
1. Leading a team responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and administration of the Company's DC/DB pension schemes.
2. Overseeing the checking, calculation, and payment of death benefits, including processing non-standard cases and peer reviews.
3. Managing, reviewing, and amending standard operating procedures in line with pension Legislation and business requirements.
4. Providing support and root cause analysis for IDRPs against the Plan.
5. Coaching and training all team members in a structured way and supporting them in implementing personal development plans.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with advisers and suppliers, such as scheme actuaries, legal advisers, and XPS call handling.
7. Taking responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your own and the team's work.
8. Achieving set targets in line with service level agreements.
Your profile:
• Proven knowledge of DC/DB pension arrangements
• Awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Project Management
• High level of IT literacy and numerate
• Ability to communicate across all levels
• Initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Provide strong leadership to direct reports (measured through DPDHL leadership attributes)
• 5 years of experience within the industry
• 3 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
