Commercial Operations Manager

As Commercial Strategy Lead, you'll be the operational engine behind our growth strategy—working directly with the CEO + COO to turn ambitious goals into real-world systems, processes, and results.
You'll work across finance, HR, and sales operations to spot what's missing, simplify what's messy, and build what's next. This isn't about firefighting—it's about redesigning the fire station.
What You'll Do
· Audit and improve internal systems to create clarity, compliance, and commercial return.
· Lead cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and better ROI.
· Manage and mentor operational teams in finance, HR, and internal systems.
· Build live dashboards, smarter reporting tools, and sharper insight into how we run and grow.
· Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into delivery—without getting caught in the day-to-day of sales or vision-setting.
Who You Are
· An analytical thinker with a systems mindset and a calm, commercial edge.
· A natural organiser who sees how things connect and isn't afraid to take the lead.
· You've held roles like Head of Ops, Performance Manager, Finance Business Partner, or Project Lead—and you're ready to level up.
· Comfortable with spreadsheets and people. You can lead timelines, coach teams, and present solutions with confidence.
· Someone with integrity, ownership, and influence.
In Your First Year, You'll…
· Introduce data-led systems that elevate ROI and reduce waste.
· Build structure around finance, payroll, forecasting and internal reporting.
· Take ownership of missed opportunities—turning them into wins.
· Map out a clear commercial operating rhythm for the business.
· Be a trusted sounding board for the COO and CEO on operational strategy.
