Our client is seeking several Junior Project Coordinators / Junior Project Controllers to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidates will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their central Birmingham office.
Our client is a renowned engineering and construction firm, specializing in delivering critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the scheduling and coordination of the project's labour force and materials to sites.
* Ensure the right information, documents, licenses, personnel, and equipment are available at the right locations and times.
* Organize traffic management activities and schedule jobs on the work system.
What we are looking for:
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and activities.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Accurate communication skills, capable of coordinating work activities verbally and via email with high attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt plans as needed.
* This role involves elements of document control, planning/scheduling, project coordination, and logistics support—full training will be provided.
