Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
* Proven experience administering and developing Dynamics 365 environments
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (sales and service), workflows, Power Automate, and integrations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Occasional travel to other sites as required
* Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (desirable)
* Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes (desirable)
* Knowledge of Azure Services, Dataverse APIs, or DevOps pipelines (desirable)
* Experience leading small teams or vendors (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day administration, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Manage internal and external resources to ensure platform stability and efficiency
* Oversee change requests, system updates, integrations, and user support
* Ensure timely delivery of change requests and enhancements
* Maintain system uptime, stability, and compliance with governance standards
* Act as technical owner for Dynamics 365, ensuring adherence to best practices
* Review and implement change requests in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Develop and maintain customisations, workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations
* Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve issues
* Provide second- and third-line support to users, ensuring knowledge sharing
* Train users and create documentation to support the adoption of new features
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise Dynamics 365 capabilities
