Overview
We are looking for a confident Digital Project Manager to join a delivery team in Leeds. You will push the boundaries of digital work across multidisciplinary teams, delivering end-to-end design, development and digital projects, and acting as a go-to problem solver for key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will manage standards across all digital projects to ensure high quality, identify resource requirements to meet demand, and ensure project plans are produced, managed and communicated to deadlines. A solid understanding of how digital marketing, UX design and development fit into the project lifecycle is essential, as is the ability to act as a key client contact and guide stakeholders through technical issues and actions that may arise.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end digital projects, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver on scope, timeline and budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; act as a primary client contact and manage expectations.
* Ensure project standards are consistently high and production plans are created, tracked and communicated to deadlines.
* Assess resource needs and secure capacity to meet project demands.
* Guide projects through the full lifecycle, addressing technical issues and risks as they arise.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Digital Project Manager, preferably within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX design and development and how they fit into the project lifecycle.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships, set expectations and communicate effectively about technical issues.
* Confident with the ability to grow in the role and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
