ROLE: Administrator
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
LOCATION: Basildon, SS14 3EZ

We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards by supporting the scheduling of services, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring client reporting is delivered in line with agreed SLAs.
Role Responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments and managing administrative programmes to meet agreed timelines
• Proactive liaison with clients, surveyors and laboratory teams to support service delivery
• Carrying out quality control checks on survey reports where required
• Monitoring client KPIs to ensure reports are issued in a timely manner
• Managing accurate data and information using spreadsheets and internal systems
• Supporting contract reviews, escalating issues to management where appropriate
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to maximise efficiency and profitability
• Undertaking general administrative duties in line with business requirements
• Upholding company mission, vision and values at all times
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
• Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
