You’ll have previous experience within a similar role or the relevant qualifications to kick-start your career within this dynamic area of the law. Our Governance & Company Secretarial team provides a fully comprehensive service to clients internally and externally.
We take pride in our service and are recognised as an integral division within the firm, working alongside colleagues in other specialist areas. As a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor you’ll be responsible for drafting documents relating to incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships, Board support, and Minute taking, with direct contact with our clients from day one.
