Job Title: Production Operative, Dewsbury
Salary: £12.60 per hour, plus £2,000 pa shift allowance and £0.50 per hour attendance bonus.
There is the opportunity to earn up to £15.50 per hour dependent upon skill level
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 2 x 6am - 6pm, 2 x 6pm – 6am

Key Responsibilities:
· Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines
· Following Set Processes and Procedures
· Flexible Approach to Various Manual and Technical Tasks
· Operating a variety of Production Machinery
· Loading and unloading production machinery – various manual tasks
· All operatives will be trained and become qualified to operate a counterbalance forklift.
· Other training will include learning how to operate a variety of different mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment at the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Ideally some experience in production or a similar environment
· Hard-Working, self-motivated attitude.
· Some flexibility due to the shift pattern.
· A willingness to learn.
· Basic mathematics skills
· Basic literacy skills
