About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our expanding logistics team based in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated, punctual, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Drivers can use their own van or rent one through us, with competitive pay rates, guaranteed hours, and performance bonuses available.
Working Arrangements
* Contract Type: Freelance, Full-time, or Part-time
* Guaranteed Hours: Yes
* Note: Drivers working fewer than 3 days per week must use their own vehicle
* Shift Options:
6:00 AM start 6-hour shift
11:30 AM start 10-hour shift
Pay & Benefits
* Pay Schedule: Weekly (paid 3 weeks in arrears)
* Daily Rates:
£130 per day 6-hour shift
£170 per day 10-hour standard route
£180 per day 10-hour large van route
Average Deliveries: Approximately 150 stops per day
Bonuses & Perks:
* £100 weekly performance bonus for top drivers
* £100 referral bonus for successful driver referrals
