We host high‑level business events, trade summits, networking forums and global business programmes. Our flagship annual summit brings together entrepreneurs, investors, trade bodies, chambers, government representatives and industry leaders. We are seeking a creative, organised and ambitious intern to support the full planning and programme development of our annual summit. This is a high‑responsibility, high‑visibility role ideal for someone who wants to build a serious portfolio in: event management programme design speaker sourcing sponsorship outreach business events international trade and business ecosystems Job Description: As the Event Programme Manager Intern, you will support the planning, design and execution of our annual summit. You will work directly with the founder and help shape the event’s structure, speakers, agenda, themes and partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain real experience managing a major business event from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Programme Design & Research Research themes, topics and trends for the annual summit Draft programme outlines, agendas and session descriptions Identify relevant industries, sectors and discussion topics Create structured event programmes and timelines Speaker Sourcing & Management Research and identify potential speakers Draft outreach messages and invitations Maintain speaker lists and communication Assist with speaker briefing documents Sponsorship & Partnership Support Research potential sponsors and partners Assist in preparing sponsorship decks and proposals Support outreach and follow‑up communication Maintain sponsor databases and trackers Event Planning & Coordination Assist with venue research (if hybrid or physical) Support logistics planning Help coordinate event marketing and promotion Assist with attendee communication and registration Creative & Content Support Help design event materials (Canva templates provided) Assist with social media content for the summit Support creation of event announcements and updates Requirements: Strong written and spoken English Highly organised and detail‑oriented Creative and confident researcher Interest in events, business, trade, entrepreneurship or marketing Able to write clearly and professionally Comfortable reaching out to speakers and sponsors Able to work independently and follow structured templates Proficient in Canva or willing to learn What You Will Gain: Real experience designing and managing a major business summit A portfolio of event programmes, speaker lists and sponsorship materials Experience working directly with a founder Exposure to high‑level business networks Training and mentorship A standout CV for event management, marketing or business roles Hours: Flexible — 10 to 15 hours per week Remote role Compensation: Unpaid internship (experience‑based), with potential for paid progression as the event grows.
