What we're looking for:
* Proven experience operating as a Senior Product Manager within consultancy, Government, Public Sector or NHS environments
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability, with the credibility to challenge, influence and build senior relationships
* A strategic mindset with the ability to shape product vision, define outcomes and align delivery to measurable value
* Comfortable balancing product strategy with delivery execution in complex, fast-paced environments
* A natural leader, experienced in leading discovery, facilitating workshops and embedding user-centred design principles
* Pragmatic and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and make informed trade-offs
What you'll be doing:
* Leading product engagements end-to-end from discovery and shaping through to delivery and iteration
* Owning and communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders and delivery teams
* Acting as the bridge between business and delivery, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable priorities xsngvjr
* Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and product expertise
* Coaching and mentoring teams, creating clarity, context and direction to enable high performance
* Promoting and embedding user-centred, outcome-driven approaches across engagements
