Corporate Lawyers (2–8 PQE)

A leading international law firm is actively looking to recruit Corporate Lawyers (2–8 PQE) to join its top-tier Manchester Corporate team.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most active and highly regarded corporate practices in the North West, advising on a broad range of high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.
The Role
The team is continuing to grow and is keen to speak with lawyers across a range of levels, offering exposure to:
* Private and public M&A transactions
* Private equity investments, bolt-ons and exits
* Equity capital markets work, including AIM and Main Market transactions
* Joint ventures, restructurings and strategic investments
You will play a key role in transaction delivery, working closely with partners and clients while gaining increasing responsibility in managing deals and workstreams.

The team acts for an impressive client base including major corporates, private equity houses, listed companies and institutional investors, and works closely with colleagues across the firm’s national and international network.
The Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 2–8 years’ PQE in corporate law
* Experience in M&A, private equity and/or corporate advisory work
* Background from a national, City or strong regional firm
* Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills
* Ambitious and keen to develop within a high-performing team
