The Role: Head of Solutions Architecture As Head of Solutions Architecture, you will lead and develop the Solutions Engineering function, acting as the senior technical authority across the commercial organisation. You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and design tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate value and measurable outcomes. Combining technical depth with commercial awareness, you will support the full sales lifecycle — from discovery through to proposal and delivery alignment. This is a highly customer-centric position, involving regular client meetings, workshops, webinars, and industry events. Internally, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership while mentoring an established team of Solutions Engineers, setting the standard for best practice, technical excellence, and customer engagement.
