We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of commercial and residential electrical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6-24 months' QS experience who wants to develop a long-term career in the electrical and construction sector.
Main Duties
* Assist in preparing valuations and cost reports for projects
* Monitor budgets and project expenditure
* Support tender preparation and review subcontractor quotations
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project managers
* Contribute to final account preparations and settlements
Skills And Knowledge
* 6-24 months' experience as an Assistant QS, Junior QS, or similar role
* Experience within electrical, construction, or related industries preferred
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
* Confident communicator, able to work well with different stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
* Eagerness to learn and progress in a quantity surveying career
