Business Development Executive

£25,500 PLUS bonus (guaranteed bonus of £1,000 per month for the first 3 months!)

OTE £50,000 -£60,000

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
* Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
* Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
* Meet/exceed dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre.

Skills and Requirements

* Technical Ability: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
* Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Personable: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Experience: Proven experience in outbound lead generation and telesales.
