SEN Teach er Salary: £ 160 - £250 per day Location: Henley‑in‑Arden, B9 5 Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and comm itted SEN Teacher to sup port several of our specialist partner schools in the Henley‑in‑Arden area. These schools provide nurturing, highly individualised education for children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. About the role We are looking for an SEN Teacher who can deliver high‑quality, personalised learning for pupils with diverse needs, including SEMH, Autism (ASD), and Learning or Processing Difficulties (LD). Henley‑in‑Arden's SEN settings pride themselves on their warm, community‑centred approach, so the ideal candidate will be confident in building strong relationships and creating safe, inclusive learning environments. You will play a key role in removing barriers to learning through careful assessment, targeted intervention, and ongoing progress monitoring. Working closely with support staff, families, and external professionals, you will help each pupil achieve meaningful, sustained progress both academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalised teaching and learning for pupils with a range of SEND needs. Create inclusive, nurturing classroom environments tailored to individual learners. Develop, implement, and review EHCP' s and bespoke support strategies. Assess pupils' needs and track progress to inform next steps and interventions. Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and specialist SEND practitioners. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure joined‑up support. Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit varied learning styles and accessibility needs. Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. Maintain accurate records relating to SEND progress, interventions, and safeguarding. Contribute to whole‑school SEND practice, training, and inclusive development.
