Training & Development Specialist / Head of Training & Development
Location: Hybrid working (2 days office-based)

We are a professional association dedicated to championing our sector through education, technical advice, and community engagement. We are seeking a Head of Training & Development to lead and oversee our education and accreditation portfolio, ensuring it remains relevant, high-quality, and aligned with industry standards.
About the Role
In this strategic position, you will:
* Lead the development and governance of our education and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) offerings, including learning pathways, diplomas, and accreditation frameworks.
* Oversee quality assurance, accreditation processes, and the management of external content providers and assessors.
* Ensure our programmes meet legislative and regulatory requirements while addressing the evolving needs of our members.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including members, training partners, and industry bodies, to shape and enhance our learning provision.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and operational processes to ensure the success and accessibility of our education portfolio.
About You
You’ll bring:
* Significant experience in managing professional education, accreditation programmes, or CPD within a membership body, trade association, or similar environment.
* Strong skills in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
* A commitment to quality, fairness, and inclusivity in education and accreditation.
* The ability to interpret regulatory changes and apply them to professional competency frameworks.
