Community Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor (Central - South Teams)
Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours, based at Eddie Ferguson House, Ridley Street, Blyth.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor who is eager to start or advance their career in a rewarding field where they can make a meaningful difference in the lives of Northumberland residents. The role offers variety, working with adults with diverse health and social care needs to support their independence.
We are pleased to offer one permanent, full-time vacancy in the South-Central Northumberland area, based at Eddie Ferguson House, Blyth. The salary range is NCC Band 4 - £25,584 to £27,269.

Person Specification
Experience
* Developing advocacy and counselling skills.
* Awareness of safeguarding adults and children.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Willingness to participate in in-service training.
* Knowledge of Occupational Therapy philosophy and theory.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role requires a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
