Our global architecture client is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and extremely organised Studio Manager, who can work alongside talented architectures, supporting on international projects, as well as ensuring smooth running of the studio and overall coordination of operations. Duties include:
* Lead day-to-day studio operations / managing meeting rooms, visitors, studio wide communications / oversee studio supplies, equipment, and software licenses - IT hardware support
* Maintain studio policies, coordinate with suppliers and building management, and oversee service contracts.
* Ensure health & safety compliance, including first aid, fire safety, and staff training.
* Support project teams with resource planning
* Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and financial administration.
* Coordinate onboarding, training, and general HR support.
* Organise studio events, talks, and cultural initiatives.
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Provide occasional support to marketing, business development
Requirements:
* Studio management experience
