Weekly schedule of a minimum of 15 hours across varying shifts between 8am and 5:30pm (extended opening during Christmas weeks). Flexible availability required including weekends and overtime to cover holidays etc.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
* Bring in deliveries, put away stock on shelves, use stockroom equipment including ladders, cages, sack barrow and pallet truck.
* Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
