The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, ensuring objectives are met in line with time, cost, and quality expectations. You'll coordinate design and delivery teams, lead client meetings, and manage procurement and contractual processes. You'll also monitor project controls, drive performance improvements, and provide ongoing risk and budget oversight. A strong understanding of governance and stakeholder management is essential.
