What you’ll be doing
1. Handling rental enquiries with confidence, personality and professionalism
2. Matching the right vehicle to the right customer at the right time
3. Keeping a close eye on vehicle availability, compliance and documentation
4. Working closely with workshop and sales teams to keep everything running smoothly
5. Preparing accurate paperwork, updating systems and staying on top of the detail
6. Delivering brilliant service while protecting commercial value

7. You’re organised, adaptable and naturally solution-focused
8. You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with customers and colleagues
9. You take ownership and don’t wait around to be told what to do
10. You’re commercially aware and comfortable making sound decisions
11. You’re confident with systems and able to keep on top of moving parts
12. Experience in rental, transport or automotive is a bonus — but attitude matters just as much
