Job DescriptionWorking in a hybrid style, based at home and The Crescent office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week within the Childrens Services Service on a temporary basis for 12 months.

You will work alongside and under the direction of a senior or qualified worker to carry out specific tasks.The IndividualYou will have experience of assessment and care planning in a health/social care setting and be able to identify risk and respond appropriately. You will be able to work on own initiative, manage your own caseload and meet deadlines.
You will have experience of working with risk and the ability to identify risk and respond appropriately.
You must be able to work on occasions after office hours 8am and 8pm and participate in duty cover for team/service. A full current driving licence is also essential. xjlbheb
