Actively seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to oversee safety operations across multiple live Construction sites across the Northern London region. This is a pivotal role for a tier 1 Principal Contractor in the Construction industry specialising in the Health care and Education sectors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, forward thinking and professional in their approach, ready to drive high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage health & safety across multiple construction sites, valued up to £30million.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health, safety and environmental legislation.
* Lead Site audits, inspections and risk assessments, ensuring best practices are upheld at all times.
* Drive continuous improvement and embed a strong safety culture within the organisation
* Champion the use and full implementation of the safety system across all sites, ensuring digital compliance and real-time reporting
* Instil a strong focus on quality and improving the company standards
* Provide expert advice and training to site teams and management
* Prepare and present clear H&S reports to the Senior Leadership team.
Requirements
1. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Health & Safety role, ideally within the construction industry.
