We protect empty properties by placing working professionals from local communities into vacant properties. A Guardian protects the building 24/7 and brings back the community to life.
We are looking for a Photographer on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will be based in Cuffley, UK but you will be working across the London area.
As the In-House Photographer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, editing, and curating professional photography that highlights the quality and appeal of our properties. This role goes beyond capturing great images you will manage the full photography workflow and act as the creative lead for all property visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Photograph and film residential and commercial properties, including interiors, exteriors, and key features.
* Edit and retouch photos and video content to a professional and brand-consistent standard.
* Curate, catalogue, and upload all visual content to internal systems and marketing platforms.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, marketing, and lettings) to plan shoots and arrange access.
* Procure necessary props or equipment for shoots, ensuring properties are styled and shoot-ready.
* Manage all photography and visual content for the brand, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
* Maintain photography and video equipment and suggest improvements or upgrades as needed.
* Support with drone, video, or 360° photography if required (training can be provided).
Skills/Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in property, interior, or commercial photography.
* Strong portfolio showcasing photography and post-production skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and staging techniques.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating across teams.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to travel to properties & events across the UK.
