But that’s not all, as part of our Sales Team you will: • Be the holiday hero by reserving our guests’ perfect holiday experience. • Showcase your passion for Potters Resorts by guiding guests with expert advice on rooms and breaks. • Confidently retain and share product knowledge with guests, while ensuring all required details are captured to make every booking as smooth and seamless as possible. • Build lasting connections and rapport with our incredible guests. • Put your tech and administration skills to good use. • Display your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests. • Set your sights high with your unstoppable drive and enthusiasm to help us meet our goals. • Master communication across various channels including phone, email, live chat and face to face. • Thrive on being part of an expanding and fun-loving team. Hours of Work • Full-time, working 40 hours per week to help our guests secure their reservation, covering 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends. • Shift patterns will vary between 9 am – 8 pm. • You also get to blend office and home working seamlessly after full training.
