About the Role
We are currently searching for a Financial Analyst who will have a variety of responsibilities that include assisting with financial forecasting and budgeting processes, performing detailed analyses around order and revenue growth and profitability, developing standard reporting and procedures, and presenting key findings to senior leadership. In this position, you will focus on using data to drive better decision making in our operations across the N&HS business globally. These responsibilities will require a strong working knowledge of the Nutrition and Health Solutions space and of our internal financial systems and processes.
About Your Responsibilities
1. Support Director FP&A, Commercial and others in Commercial team with orders, revenue, standard margin and backlog forecasting and reporting, actuals performance reviews and other weekly and monthly reporting cadences.
2. Assist in pipeline analysis and reporting.
3. Key account and channel partner profitability analysis.
4. Ad-hoc commercial analysis for commercial leaders – for example, reviews of profitability of given products in given regions.
5. Financial Support on pricing reviews.
6. Financial support to quotation process for large bids.
7. Service utilization / profitability analysis.
8. Assist with key discrete strategic projects, presenting progress and key achievements to senior leadership teams.
9. Evaluate current processes and continuously improve efficiency/ productivity through automation and other process improvements.
What Do You Need
10. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
11. CPA preferred.
12. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly collect, organize, analyze, and understand information with attention to detail and accuracy.
14. Proficiency in working with large data sets and/or databases to perform analysis and create visual data.
15. Experience in industrial manufacturing or knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes.
16. Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
17. Strong understanding of financial statements.
18. Understanding of accounting systems, processes, procedures, and internal controls.
19. Proficiency in the following systems: OneStream Microsoft Office SAP SAP Business Warehouse Microsoft Power BI
