Responsibilities:
* Design and develop electrical systems and control panels, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
* Develop and program control systems for process automation.
* Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to ensure system integration.
* Verify designs meet performance and safety standards.
* Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
* Support installation, commissioning, and testing at customer sites.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Manage electrical BOMs and specifications for procurement.
* Provide technical support to manufacturing and field teams.
* Improve system designs for better performance and efficiency.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for system failures.
* Develop electrical design standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Vocational Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering or related field.
* Experience in designing electrical systems and control panels in industrial settings.
* Proficiency in PLC programming.
* Knowledge of SolidWorks Electrical or similar software.
* Strong understanding of electrical standards and safety codes.
* Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
Preferred (not mandatory):
* Experience with embedded controls and programming.
* Certification in industrial automation or electrical engineering.
