We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication skills, as you will interact with clients while performing your duties.
Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and client expectations.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
* Proficiency in English is required to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
