Start date: ASAP/April 2026 Hours: 08:45- 15:15 The School and Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Hillingdon, located a short walk from Hillingdon Hospital. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a Key Stage 4 student, and would suit someone with experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, or Behaviour Support Assistant. The successful candidate will have strong behaviour management skills and previous experience supporting young people with challenging or complex behavioural needs. The position is classroom-based within a structured and supportive environment. With small class sizes, staff are able to provide a personalised approach to learning and develop consistent, positive relationships with pupils. As part of the role, you will support students with their educational progress, social development, emotional wellbeing, and communication skills, helping them work towards greater independence and essential life skills.
