Mechanical Supervisor - Bristol
£280-£320 per day (Outside IR35) | Long-Term Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial projects across Bristol and the South West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking for long-term contract work across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £2 million to £5 million in mechanical value.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all mechanical installation works on site
* Manage subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
* Monitor progress and provide updates to the Mechanical Site Manager, Project Manager, and Contracts Manager
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and site standards
* Conduct quality inspections and oversee snagging and close-out activities
* Coordinate labour, materials, and plant to ensure efficient project delivery
* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
* Promote high standards of workmanship and productivity across all mechanical packages

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within commercial fit-out or building services projects
* Strong technical understanding of HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, and mechanical building services installations
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple work fronts
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and project programmes
* Valid CSCS card
