Job overview
RDaSH is a diverse organisation, operating services in 200 locations across Rotherham, Doncaster, North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire.
The community nursing service is located in the Doncaster care group, with an integrated Physical and Mental health model developing through the community services, across four localities. The service is part of a forward thinking Organisation, which supports development and innovation at all levels to enhance the quality of patient care and service development.
We offer the working hours of 8-6 which will include opportunity to work long days.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational and problem solving skills and will be able to manage their own workload effectively. If you consider yourself to be a team player who is reliable, conscientious, motivated and innovative, and able to work autonomously then this is the post for you.
Main duties of the job
Post holders must be able to demonstrate competence and confidence in a wide range of relevant clinical skills and knowledge. Ability to demonstrate understanding of case management is an advantage. The successful candidate will either be a qualified mentor or be willing to undertake mentorship training in the very near future.

Qualifications
* Will be required to have an Adult Registered Nurse Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
* Evidence of recent continuing professional development e.g. evidence of completion of student Nurse Training programme, scope package, courses attended.
* Relevant experience of working within specified area / setting i.e. rehabilitation, community
