Parts Sales Advisor
Our client, a reputable automotive centre located in Norwich, Norfolk, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to utilise their automotive parts knowledge, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £30,467 per annum
Realistic on-target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm working hours
One in three Saturday mornings, 8am to 12.30pm, on rotation

Provide expert advice to customers on automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs
Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets by actively promoting relevant products and services
Accurately identify, locate, and supply parts to ensure customer satisfaction
Effectively utilise product promotions to meet sales targets
Build and sustain strong customer relationships both face-to-face and via telephone
Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives and delivering excellent service
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry and competitor activity
Handle customer enquiries efficiently within KPI frameworks
Use company systems accurately for searching, ordering, and processing parts and documentation
Follow up on customer orders, credit status, and ensure timely communicationRequirements of a Parts Sales Advisor:
Previous experience as a Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Sales Representative is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
