Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and changes in patient conditions.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications.
* Monitor vital signs and perform routine examinations to identify any changes in patients' health status.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and infection control within the healthcare setting.
Experience
* A valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to nursing practice.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently when required.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing care.

Pay: £20.00-£23.00 per hour
