The Successful Tutor Will Have:
1. Experience delivering 1:1 or small‑group learning
2. Strong knowledge of English, Maths or Science
3. A calm, patient, and supportive approach
4. Good communication and organisational skills
5. A solid understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
