What You’ll Be Doing
We are recruiting additional Business Analysts to join new agile development teams working for a Central Government customer.
The Business Analysts will work closely with the client to investigate business situations, identify, and evaluate options for system and operational improvements. They should apply techniques such as requirements management, process improvement, and functional analysis to define, manage, and support the implementation of effective solutions.
Skills required:
* Stakeholder analysis, mapping influence, impact, and commitment
* Leading client engagement in specific areas
* Ownership of work areas, including planning, risk identification, and reporting
* Facilitating effective workshops
* Applying standard approaches on client engagements and leading in specific areas
* Investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities to seek effective business solutions
* Planning and managing requirements processes from capture to change control
* Analyzing stakeholder objectives and underlying issues
* Identifying benefits and options for consideration
* Defining acceptance tests with clients/users
Requirements Management:
* Facilitating scoping and prioritization for medium-sized change initiatives
* Using appropriate elicitation techniques considering the nature of changes and stakeholder culture
* Analyzing requirements for fitness, adherence to objectives, and consistency
* Securing stakeholder agreement on scope and requirements
* Managing change requests and impacts on requirements
* Investigating interim scenarios and their impact on requirements
* Driving elicitation processes and investigating changes to scope
