Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and innovative individual to join RDASH Talking Therapies. We have 2 positions available within NHS Doncaster Talking Therapies.
As a Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will have the opportunity to learn and work alongside a team of highly skilled and diverse therapists.

Please note that this is not a remote-only post, and you will be required to have a minimum of 2 days of face-to-face clinics when training and a minimum of 3 days when qualified.
There will be a joint service and University of Sheffield interview during the week commencing 11th August 2025.
In this role, you will provide High Intensity CBT interventions while undertaking a training program starting in March 2025, in collaboration with the University of Sheffield. The post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. This training will prepare you to deliver a range of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions to clients with common mental health problems in primary care.
You will be required to attend taught and self-study days provided by the University two days a week. The remaining three days will be spent working at the Doncaster Talking Therapies service.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will work towards and maintain full accreditation with the BABCP.
This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, which may become a permanent Band 7 High Intensity CBT post upon successful course completion.
