CRM Solutions Architect - Zoho

Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) - Up to £55k per annum

Proactive IT Appointments are currently helping an organisation in Northampton onboard a Solutions Architect into their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Zoho CRM in both a business analytical and implementation capacity.

Key responsibilities:

* Implement technical solutions across the business
* Automate business processes, improve CRM, and streamline workflows.
* Use SQL to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
* Analyse CRM data for insights to support strategy, sales, and marketing.
* Present data analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.
* Collaborate across departments to identify automation and data solutions.
* Contribute to Zoho CRM development and customization.
