Why this role exists
We're looking for an ambitious, curious self-starter who wants to make a real impact. This is a unique opportunity in a launchpad role where you'll learn nonstop from experienced change-makers and have real responsibility from day one, with exposure to a variety of projects that span process, data, design, and AI.
Your mission? To help us reinvent how our business runs – surfacing and analysing data, removing friction, speeding up delivery, and making work and decision making easier and more powerful for our teams and customers. That means rethinking processes, introducing smarter systems, and turning setbacks or business 'failure' as an exciting opportunity to improve and raise the bar to excellence. No two days will be the same. You'll be in a team with big energy, big learning and even bigger impact.
You are someone who…
* Looks at how we currently do things and asks, "why that way?"
* Spots what's broken, slow, missing - or just ripe for improvement.
* Figures out simple, practical ways to make things faster, more robust, and just generally better.
* Helps teams work together more smoothly and efficiently.
* Treats mistakes as springboards for change – preventing them repeating and making them a healthy part of our journey to excellence.
* Comes up with ideas and is not afraid to try them out, testing and validating, and embracing failure by using it as fuel to drive even better solutions
You'll thrive here if you…
* Are curious by default, pragmatic in delivery, and calm under change.
* Communicate clearly - short write-ups, simple visuals, concise updates.
* Enjoy learning new tools and can teach yourself just enough to ship value.
What you'll do
* See it clearly:
Shadow teams, map how work really happens, and find the bottlenecks.
* Improve it simply:
Propose lightweight fixes - clear steps, simple diagrams, tidy playbooks.
* Test fast, learn faster:
Run small experiments, measure outcomes, keep what works.
* Use data, not vibes:
Pull quick numbers from spreadsheets/dashboards to size problems and prove impact.
* Apply AI smartly:
Use modern tools (think copilots, summarisers, automations) to streamline workflows and accelerate analysis - learning as you go.
* Make it stick:
Land changes with crisp comms, clean docs, and friendly follow-through; share wins so others can reuse them.
What you'll learn (on the job)
* Discovery → prototype → pilot → rollout, end-to-end.
* Practical process skills: mapping, root-cause thinking, SOPs/checklists.
* Data basics: framing a question, picking a metric, tracking before/after.
* Everyday AI: when to automate, when to summarise, when to ask better prompts.
What's not required
* Years of experience or fancy previous titles.
* Mastery of frameworks or every tool on the planet. Curiosity beats credentials.
What you will have:
* 1–3+ years in project delivery, consulting, business operations, PMO/Project Coordinator, BA, or implementation roles.
* Ownership & pace:
bias to action, organised, reliable under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity.
* AI‑first mindset:
hands‑on use or implementation of AI solutions; curiosity to keep learning.
* End‑to‑end delivery:
independently run smaller projects or own workstreams with measurable outcomes.
* Process skills:
requirements capture, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, process mapping, problem solving, and light SOP writing.
* Analytical:
comfortable modelling impact and separating signal from noise.
* Communication superpowers:
concise updates, clear escalation, strong facilitation, constructive candour.
* Quality mindset:
customer‑centric with excellent QA and polished handovers.
* Tooling fluency:
task/portfolio (Jira/Asana/Smartsheet), collaboration (Miro/Lucid), documentation (Confluence/Notion), spreadsheets; basic dashboarding a plus.
Nice to have (bonus points but not required)
* Certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation/APM PFQ/PMQ, Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Prosci/Change Management Foundation.
* Exposure to SaaS/enterprise implementations (e.g., CRM/ERP/Support tools), automation (e.g., Zapier/Power Automate), or data tooling (e.g., Power BI/Looker/Tableau).
* Basic SQL or data wrangling; experience running pilots and controlled rollouts.
