Within the construction environment, consider buying materials, managing large projects, ensuring health and safety, and customer service. We work on approximately 400 developments across the UK, each with unique challenges, from scratch on brownfield sites to adapting existing buildings such as old factories or disused hospitals.
We seek individuals who can bring fresh ideas and imagination, along with the commercial ability to manage people, budgets, and costs. Our construction teams have been recognized for their professionalism, winning more NHBC Pride in the Job Awards than any other housebuilder for thirteen consecutive years.

* Experience working within established build programs.
* Assertiveness to ensure target delivery by the team and trades/labor.
