We are seeking an exceptional Senior Carer who leads by example and embodies the highest standards of care, professionalism and accountability. This is a key leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding, person centred care and driving quality across every shift.
You will lead and support the team, oversee care delivery, medications, safeguarding and quality, while mentoring staff and maintaining a positive, respectful culture.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. You must be outgoing, fluent in English, and have strong awareness of the person centred needs of older people living with dementia.
You will understand and actively promote the Eqvitus CARER values across all areas of your work, consistently delivering high quality care and standards.
