About the Role
As Pastry Chef, you’ll take full ownership of the pastry section, contributing to a team committed to excellence, innovation, and responsible sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create elegant, seasonal desserts, pastries, and breads to a 3 Rosette standard
* Collaborate with the senior team on new menu ideas and recipe development
* Ensure mise en place is fresh and complete for each service
* Lead by example with high standards in hygiene, consistency, and organisation
* Mentor junior chefs and guide their development
* Record and cost all new recipes accurately
* Support the team’s broader sustainability initiatives and environmental goals

* Strong technical skills in pastry, bread, and plated desserts
