In this pivotal role, you’ll have the chance to shape and grow a specialist capital allowances practice, driving business development and delivering expert advice to clients across a broad range of sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage capital allowances projects across a diverse client portfolio.
Conduct on-site surveys and translate findings into tax benefit reports.
Develop strategies to maximise tax savings through capital allowances claims.
Collaborate with surveyors and tax specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members as the division grows.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a strong referral network.
Person Specification ACA, ACCA, CTA or RICS qualified.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Capital Allowances.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
Strong technical knowledge of plant & machinery, fixtures, and integral features.
Comfortable with UK-wide travel for site visits.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
