Role Details:
* Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
* Part-time, 18 hours/week: Monday and Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-1pm
* Assist with customer service, administration, and communication tasks
* Support the administration team and contribute to procedural improvements
* Cover holiday absences and support team needs
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
* Desirable: Basic understanding of housebuilding
