What You'll Do
* Contribute strategically to the wider leadership, vision, and continuous improvement of the school.
* Lead and inspire our Key Stage 4 provision, ensuring excellent outcomes for all students.
* Drive a culture of ambition, resilience, high expectations, and success.
* Monitor, evaluate, and improve student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour, implementing effective strategies and interventions to remove barriers to learning and maximise achievement.
* Use data intelligently to identify trends, accelerate progress, and close achievement gaps.
* Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to secure positive outcomes for all learners.
* Lead and support pastoral and academic initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, and achievement.
