Sanderson are currently partnered with a leading consultancy to source an experienced Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage contract negotiations and post contract commercial management within a large public sector infrastructure programme.
Experience of NEC4 contracts is essential within construction and public sector.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage contract negotiations and post contract commercial management within a large public sector infrastructure programme.
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to support creation of short term and long term strategies to maximise value and minimise risk.
* Hybrid role, with some travel to sites.
* Inside IR35 – negotiable.
Requirements
* Experience of NEC4 contracts is essential within construction and public sector.
