The Administrative Assistant will be working with and supporting our Senior Administrative Assistant in providing support to a busy sales team. The candidate must have experience with customer management systems and be confident in booking travel and processing expenses. This role involves collaboration with Marketing, Events, and Corporate Service teams.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain CRM database, including updating client info and data governance.
* Create, edit, and send weekly and monthly emails using CRM Dynamics 365.
* Handle website approvals, including client requests and profile edits.
* Prepare and submit travel and expense reports.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and liaise with Corporate Services.
* Manage marketing and event materials, including stock upkeep, orders, print runs, and logistics.
* Manage diary for the wider team.
* Support in-house and external client events with the Events Team.
* Collaborate with business support colleagues and ensure coverage in absences.
* Perform additional ad hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
* Experience in managing and processing expenses.
* Supporting a sales team experience preferred.
* Experience as an administrative or personal assistant in a corporate setting.
* Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Team player.
