As a result, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their groundworks division, taking commercial responsibility for key projects and playing a pivotal role within the team.

* Full commercial management of groundworks packages across multiple projects
* Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
* Management of subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
* Preparation, submission, and agreement of valuations and final accounts
* Identification, pricing, and negotiation of variations and change orders
* Ensuring compliance with contract terms and commercial processes
* Working closely with site and operational teams to drive cost-effective delivery
* Producing accurate commercial reports and providing input to senior management Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor role
* Essential : Groundworks / civils experience
* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent)
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
