We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school and provide high-quality support to students and teachers. Duties as Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in planning, preparing and delivering learning activities.
* Work with individuals, small groups, and whole classes to enhance learning.
* Provide targeted support for students with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning.
* Assist with classroom management and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive environment.
* Take responsibility for supervising lessons in the teacher’s absence when required.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and extra-curricular activities.
Ideal Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience supporting learning in a school setting.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to working with children.
