Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Provide high standards of care to patients within a staff bank that supports 24/7 service across multiple sites.
* Embrace the trust's values and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Maintain a flexible approach to work, adapting to a range of shift patterns (day, early, late, twilight, night, weekend).
* Adhere to Trust policies, procedures and quality standards when delivering patient care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support service delivery.
